I believe that life will always bring you adversity and as humans we all need help with those challenges sometimes. I am here to help navigate you on your road to healing.
Therapy is a partnership. We will work together to achieve your goals. I work with motivated clients that need that push to say "No", that need help navigating through their relationships, are feeling stuck, or that are just trying to deal with life's challenges.
My Approach
You are the expert of you! I work from a person centered approach meaning, I go where you lead us. In my therapeutic practice, I also incorporate other approaches such as mindfulness therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and existential therapy.
